Below we will be discussing a weekly football workout split you can do.  I hope this can help!

So this workout split will cover gym work, field skill work & then conditioning. This is similar to the schedule I followed in high school/college.



Monday- Upper Body Lift

Field Skill Session


Tuesday- Lower Body Lift

Conditioning 


Wednesday- Speed Workout

Field Skill Session


Thursday- Upper Body Lift

Field Skill Session 


Friday- Lower Body Lift

Conditioning 


Saturday- Field Skill Session or feel free to take a complete off day here. Field session can be replaced by a film session.


Sunday- Speed Workout

Field Skill Session

Conditioning
