So this workout split is strictly for the gym. It’s hard to tell you the exact exercises you can do because every football player has to train somewhat different for their position. But this is a good foundation that you can follow. Skill days aka on field drills and speed training can be worked into this schedule. I recommend 4 days weekly where you train on the field for your skills.
Monday- Upper Body Day
Tuesday- Lower Body Day
Wednesday- Speed Training Day
Thursday- Upper Body Day
Friday- Lower Body Day
Saturday- Off Gym
Sunday- Speed Training Day
