Warning: you will be extremely sore after this workout
1) Take 35% of your max on squats
- 1 set of 1 rep
- 1 set of 2 reps
- 1 set of 3 reps
- 1 set of 4 reps
Etc.... all the way until 20 reps; 20 sets total 210 reps total
