SPLIT 1

Hang Cleans (4x8)

Superset with

Single Leg Box Jump (4x8 each side)


1 minute 30 seconds rest in between sets 



SPLIT 2

1/4th Barbell Jump Squats (4x6 reps)

Superset with

Single Arm Dumbbell Snatch (4x8 reps each side)


1 minute 30 seconds rest in between sets 



FINISHER


Med Ball Slams (3x12 reps)

1 minute rest in between sets
