Half Jump Squats (dumbbells) (only go down halfway)
(5x8 reps)
Superset with
Single Leg Box Jumps
(5x8 reps each side)
SPLIT 2
Barbell Hang Clean
(5x6 reps)
Superset with
Single Arm Dumbbell Snatch
(5x8 reps each side)
SPLIT 3
Medicine Ball Slams
(3x8 reps)
Superset with
Medicine Ball Wall Slams (rotate and throw)
