Heel Elevated Barbell Squats
5x8 reps
1 minute 30 seconds rest in between each sets
SPLIT 2
Dumbbell Bulgarian Split Squats
3x8 reps
Superset with
Box Jumps
3x10 reps
1 minute rest in between sets
