SPLIT 1
Tennis Ball Overhead Catches (50 reps each hand)
-stand with your back against a wall, toss a tennis ball over your head off the wall- keep your eyes forward until you hear it make contact with the wall, then look up and find it
SPLIT 2
Finger Tip Push Ups (3 sets of 15 reps) (can be done kneeling too)
Superset with
Pull Ups (3 sets of AMRAP- as many reps as possible)
SPLIT 3
Eyes Closed Tennis Ball Throws (25 reps on each hand)
-face a wall, keep your eyes closed and throw the tennis ball off the wall. When you hear it make contact, open your eyes and find the ball
