Split 1
Single Leg Box Jumps (3x8 each leg)
Split 2
Hang Cleans (3x5)
(1 minute rest in between sets)

1 Arm Dumbbell Snatch (3x6 each side)

Reason why this helps with your vertical jump is that these are all explosive movements. When it comes to jumping high you are exerting “all out effort” aka pushing your body to the max in a short period of time. This activates something in your body called fast twitch muscle fibers. And fast twitch fibers are increased when performing exercises that involve explosive movements in the gym.
