SPLIT 1


Barbell 50% Back Squat (pause reps)

5x5 reps (hold at the bottom for a 2 second count- then explode up)


Dumbbell Jump Squats (3x8 reps)

(Squat down then explode up and jump rather than just standing up with the weight)



SPLIT 2

Dumbbell Explosive Step Ups (3x6 each side)

(Instead of just stepping into the bench- snatch your knee up to your chest like you are running)

Dumbbell Split Squats (heel elevated) (3x8 each side)
