The lifts we will be discussing are bench press, squat, power clean & deadlift. These numbers can obviously vary based on size but this is the general range I would shoot for as a high school varsity level player. If you’re not on varsity, treat these numbers as almost a goal to hit.
QB- Bench: (N/A)- Worst thing QBs can do for their shoulder, you should not max out on this lift.
Power Clean: 250lbs
Squat: 335lbs
Deadlift: 365lbs
WR/DB- Bench: 225lbs
Power Clean: 225lbs
Squat: 315lbs
Deadlift: 345lbs
RB/LB- Bench: 275lbs
Power Clean: 275lbs
Squat: 385lbs
Deadlift: 405lbs
TE- Bench: 285lbs
Power Clean: 265lbs
Squat: 385lbs
Deadlift: 415lbs
OL/DL- Bench: 315lbs
Power Clean: 265lbs
Squat: 405lbs
