Below we will be discussing 3 ways that you can stand out at a college camp. I hope this can help!
Also, in 2025 we are coming out to 9 more cities for QB/WR skill camps! We will be coming to CHICAGO IL, SEATTLE WA, LAS VEGAS NV, NEWARK NJ, BIRMINGHAM AL, HOUSTON TX, BOSTON MA, COLUMBUS OH, BOISE IDAHO & LOS ANGELES CA Checkout the link below to sign up ⬇️⬇️
So the first thing you want to do is wear some type of bright clothing. At a college camp there will be 100+ people there. And you all will be given the same camp t shirt. So to stand out and attract a coaches eye, wear some type of bright shorts, socks, or cleats. Even if it just gets a coach to look at you 30 seconds longer than he normally would, it can help you stand out.
Second thing is to steal reps. Don’t be that guy who is a total A-Hole about it. Where he pushes people out of the way and just goes. But if dudes are afraid to go and are waiting in line/funneling to the back… take the damn reps. Guys are hesitant at camps because they don’t want to be embarrassed. Especially if cameras are around. You can’t be afraid of that. Even if you do bad, the more reps you get- the more opportunities you have to impress someone.
Last thing is to talk to the coaches after and get their info. Ask them 3 questions. 1)- Can I get your Twitter? 2)- What do you look for in your position when recruiting & 3)- What can I improve on?After the camp, contact them on Twitter and thank them for their time. Recruiting is about relationships and networking.
